All set for #fathersday #brunch and #nationalveggieday! This Everything But The Bagel salad is no joke! So delicious! Recipe below

  1. Large bag washed and cut kale 1 1/2 avocado
  2. 1 cup tomatoes (whatever kind you have) 
  3. 1/2 cup or more sliced red onion Juice of 3 lemons 
  4. 1 -2 cups of flaked cooked salmon (can also use tuna or chicken if you want)
  5. 1 -2 tablespoons everything but the bagel seasoning  Chili flakes, chopped dill or capers (optional) 
  6. Massage 1 whole avocado into kale. This softens the kale and becomes the dressing. Squeeze the lemons over the massaged kale and spoon out the flesh of the lemon (best part). Toss to combine. Cube the remaining half of the avocado and add on top along with red onion, tomato, salmon and seasoning. Enjoy the Everything But The Bagel
