- 1 cup of chicken
- 1/2 cup of beans
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 2 tablespoon – 1/4 cup of brown rice

- 1 tablespoon Guacamole and/or sour cream/cheese
- 1 tablespoon Corn

- 1/4 cup of guacamole
- 1/4 cup of sour cream/cheese
- 1/4 cup of corn

- 1/2 cup of beans
- 1/2 cup of sour cream/cheese
