- 2 – cans Albacore Tuna
- 1 – Cucumber
- 1-2 – Celery Sticks
- 1/2 – small Onion
- 2 – Avocados
- 1/4 cup – Plain Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon – Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon – Black Pepper
Chop up the cucumber, celery, and onion. Smash up the two avocados. Mix the avocados with the plain greek yogurt. Add in the chopped veggies and mix. Add in the two cans of Albacore Tuna, garlic powder, and black pepper and mix. And then enjoy this yummy creation!
