Traditional Indian Choley

1 – Crockpot

2 cans – Garbanzo Beans

1 big can – Diced Roma Tomatoes

1 – medium onion

1 teaspoon – Curry

1 teaspoon – Cumin

1 teaspoon – Turmeric

1 teaspoon – Cinnamon

1 teaspoon – Red Cayenne Pepper

1 teaspoon – freshly grated Ginger

2-3 – Bay leaves

1 – bag Spinach Leaves

Mix all the above ingredients into your crockpot. Set the temp to low and cook for 3-4 hours. Stir in baby spinach leaves before serving.
