1/2 large or 1 small cabbage, sliced into shreds (can also buy a bag of pre-shredded cabbage)
1 large onion, sliced
1 block of organic, non GMO tofu, drained and sliced into 1 inch cubes
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce (I like the kinds by @soyvay y or @traderjoes)
Spray a large wok, pan or pot with nonstick spray and add the onions and cabbage. Let the onions and cabbage wilt down, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes. Add the tofu cubes and continue to stir with a spatula until completely cooked through and wilted. Turn the heat off and drain the excess liquid from the bottom of the pot as best as you can (there should be a lot). Stir in the teriyaki sauce and enjoy! .
