Super Creamy Oil-Free Hummus
- 1 can – Organic Canned Chickpeas (save liquid)
- 2 tablespoons – Raw Tahini
- 1 tablespoon – Pure Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon – lemon juice
- 1 – Garlic Clove
- 1/2 teaspoon – Kosher Salt
Drain the chickpeas and save the liquid.
Put the chickpeas into a food processor and start to blend. Add in remaining above ingredients. If you want it creamier then add the water from the chickpeas, not oil.
