- Start by adding the onions to the skillet, sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook over medium to high heat for 3-5 minutes, until they begin to soften.
- Add the meat.
- Season the onions and meat with half of the paprika, garlic and onion powder.
- When meat is about half cooked through, add the peppers.

- Mix it all together with remaining seasoning blend.
- Add 2 tablespoons of teriyaki or bbq sauce (optional) .
