  1. Start by adding the onions to the skillet, sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook over medium to high heat for 3-5 minutes, until they begin to soften.
  2. Add the meat.
  3. Season the onions and meat with half of the paprika, garlic and onion powder.
  4. When meat is about half cooked through, add the peppers.
  5. (Snack on a few of your hungry) ?
  6. Mix it all together with remaining seasoning blend.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of teriyaki or bbq sauce (optional) .
