High Protein Chia Seed Pudding Cocktails

150 Calories, 10 grams Fiber, 7 grams Protein

  • 2 tablespoon – Chia Seeds
  • 4 -5 oz – Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon – Vanilla Extract
  • Few Drops – Liquid Stevia

Add all the above ingredients and mix. Depending on your desired thickness, you might only want 4 oz or you’ll need to add another ounce of Almond Milk.
