Egg McMuffins
Easy and Quick breakfast for the week at only 50 calories a pop!
- 1 – Frozen Boxed Spinach
- 1/2 to 1 – small onion
- 6 – 10 – mushrooms
- Egg Beaters
Chop up the onion and mushrooms and divide them equally up in a non-stick cupcake pan.
Saute the spinach up to your liking, when done, divide them into equal parts with the onion and mushrooms in the non-stick cupcake pan.
Add egg beaters to each cupcake holder you filled up with the above ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes. Soooo good… ????
