Cashew Snack

Using a food processor add the cashews or nuts of choice and pulse until there in small crumbs (try and not overdue the grinding, otherwise, they’ll become a sticky mess).

Remove the nut crumbs and mix with water and greek yogurt. Then mix in the honey and add-in craisins.

Shape into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for a couple of hours until they become firm. Then enjoy!
