Steak: Heat a cast iron until it’s smokin’ hot. season steak with salt and pepper then add to the pan. Cook fully to your liking. Tent with foil & let rest before eating.

Mashed Potatoes: cooked the potato in the microwave or oven. Mashed with butter or vegan butter and top with chives.

Cauliflower mash: honestly just steamed cauliflower florets in the microwave for 3-4 minutes until soft or place in a pot with some water and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. It will mash easily. Use butter or vegan butter. Topped w/chives

Air fried broccoli: sprayed or drizzled broccoli with avocado or coconut oil and air fried for 10 minutes at 400°. You can also roast in the oven for 20 min.
